UPON CONSIDERATION of the application of counsel for the petitioners,

IT IS ORDERED that the execution and enforcement of the punitive damage portion of the judgment of the Court of Appeal of California, Fourth Appellate District, case No. G006654, be stayed pending the timely filing and disposition by this Court of a petition for a writ of certiorari. Should the petition for a writ of certiorari be denied, this stay shall terminate automatically. In the event the petition for a writ of certiorari is granted, this stay is to continue in effect pending the issuance of the mandate of this Court.
